Your career with us
Internships for law students
Gain valuable unpaid work experience while receiving university credit towards your degree. We partner with Bond University and Griffith University to offer internships to law students. Our Interns often continue as Law Clerks, and in turn, Graduates.
Law Clerk program
Practical experience is everything when it comes to launching your legal career. We don’t believe in seasonal clerkships where you’re in and out in a few weeks. Our paid clerkships run for a full year, enabling you to get to know us while we get to know you, and giving you a jump start on your Graduate year.
Graduate program
We recruit our Graduates from our Law Clerk program. As a Graduate, you’ll be employed full-time and funded to complete your practical legal training course at Bond University with study leave support. You’ll also join the Experience Gold Coast Kickstart Graduate Program to network and learn with your peers.
Admission and beyond
Towards the end of your Graduate year, we’ll support you to achieve the milestone of admission as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of Queensland, enabling you to start your professional legal career as a Lawyer with us the following year.
Mentoring and networking
We are deeply committed to creating opportunities for our people to develop as lawyers and leaders. Our people are encouraged to learn from each other through roles as mentors and mentees – and through mentoring programs with Bond University, Griffith University and other professional networks across the city.
Continuing Professional Development
To ensure all our professional staff achieve their continuing professional development (CPD) obligations, we offer a diverse program of CPD sessions involving internal and external speakers. You will also be given the opportunity to attend external CPD events.
Secondments
The opportunity to work as part of our clients’ business and build relationships with their teams provides invaluable insight. We regularly have RedeMont team members in physical and virtual secondment roles with our government and corporate clients.

Working at RedeMont
Flexible working
We offer flexible working at every level, giving people options to achieve performance with flexibility. Typically our teams embrace a hybrid work week with 3 days in the office / 2 days working from home and have people working part time across a variety of roles including at senior level.
Home tech set up
Everyone who works from home is provided with a full tech set up including phone, laptop, dual screen and secure digital access to replicate their office set up at home and ensure a seamless client experience.
Leave options
Everyone has different days in the year which are meaningful to them that don’t always align with Queensland public holidays. Working at RedeMont, you’ll have the flexibility to choose when you take your public holidays. We also offer the option to purchase additional annual leave.
Parental leave
We support you through all stages of life with access to 20 weeks leave (plus super) to a child’s primary carer accessible for up to 24 months from birth or adoption. We also provide additional support around your return to work, including flexible working and mentoring to help you navigate family and career.
Collaborative work spaces
We offer a truly collaborative work environment where no one has an office and our teams work side by side to share their expertise and knowledge. There are plenty of spaces to work quietly or come together as a firm. Car parking and end of trip facilities are also available.
Health and wellbeing
We support your need to balance work, family and care for your mental and physical health. Our wellbeing program includes workshops and training, employee assistance program, trained in-house mental health first aid support, annual flu shots, flexible working arrangements and more.
Social and family
Work is only one part of who we are. There are plenty of times we get together to have fun, play sport, get involved with our community and host events where families can join in. Our Law Clerks and Graduates organise our mid-year event and everyone looks forward to the celebrations at end-of-year.
