Connected to community.

Our people take pride in giving back to our community through community fundraising, leadership and partnerships that deliver lasting impact.

Proud to give back

Each year we identify various community initiatives we can collectively support that will help address social and environmental challenges across the Gold Coast and South East Queensland region. From direct financial support through fundraising to donations of technology and pro bono legal support, we help build awareness around critical social and environmental issues and shape stronger communities together.

HOTA Major Partner

We are proud to help grow a strong and vibrant arts community on the Gold Coast as Major Partner of HOTA, Home of the Arts, supporting their extraordinary vision to create opportunities for everyone to discover, learn and connect to the arts.

RedeMont Charity Golf Day

In 2025, RedeMont hosted its inaugural charity golf day, raising close to $16,000 for Queensland Gives by Queensland Community Foundation Gold Coast Fund.

Each year, the RedeMont charity golf day will bring people together to give back to our local community and raise vital funds for this worthy cause. We’re proud to support Queensland Gives, with the generosity of our players, sponsors and supporters helping to strengthen lives across the Gold Coast.

Our next charity golf day is on 29 May 2026.

Purposeful partnerships

We partner with many local, state and national for-purpose organisations to raise funds, build capacity and increase awareness for services and causes that benefit our communities.

Our commitment to education

We are committed to creating opportunities for people to start their legal career and realise their ambitions on the Gold Coast.

We work closely with Griffith University, Bond University and Experience Gold Coast to provide meaningful growth pathways. Law students in our clerkship and internship programs benefit from amazing hands-on work experience while receiving credit towards their degree. Some of our past interns enjoyed the once in a lifetime opportunity to work as part of our fully embedded legal team at the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games Corporation.

Some of our leaders are long-standing course coordinators and lecturers at Bond University School of Law. With this comes the honour of contributing to developing the knowledge and practical skills of the next generation of lawyers. We also actively contribute to governance in the educational sector through our board positions at several Gold Coast schools.

Giving back through leadership

Our people prioritise opportunities to support and develop our communities by playing active roles in representative and community bodies at a city, regional and State level.

Throughout our history our people have led key city-shaping projects including delivering the city’s first AFL team – the Gold Coast Suns, the Gold Coast light rail project – G:link, and the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games.

Our current leadership roles include board and committee roles with industry advocates the Urban Development Institute of Australia and Property Council of Australia, community organisations like Queensland Gives and the Gold Coast Eisteddfod and representative bodies such as the Planning Institute of Australia and the Queensland Environmental Law Association. Our seminars, forums and workshops are focused on enhancing discussion and knowledge in areas that impact our community and economy.

The Scott Reid Memorial Scholarship Program

In 2021, in partnership with Griffith University and the Reid family, we proudly established The Scott Reid Memorial Scholarship Program to honour our late partner Scott Reid who worked tirelessly to facilitate real pathways for Pacific Island and PNG young people. The scholarship provides financial scholarship awards to Pacific Islands and PNG law students at Griffith University, in addition to a paid law clerk position during each year of full-time enrolment. The scholarship criteria reflect the strong leadership and community service values for which Scott was known and his approach to life – ‘Laugh a lot, stand strong and keep it all in perspective.’
