As our Workplace and Employment Lead, Adam offers practical, targeted and cost-effective employment law advice to a wide range of employers from sole traders and SMEs, government and non-profit, to publicly listed companies. He advises clients on work, health and safety audits, workplace investigations, enforcement of post-employment obligations, including restraints, and other litigated employment matters.
Adam brings a wealth of experience in employment and workplace law having been admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in 2009.
He began his career in a boutique employment law practice and has since accumulated extensive knowledge with well-respected mid-tier firms in the Sydney CBD, an in-house role with a major broadcaster, and Special Counsel at a national mid-tier firm on the Gold Coast.
Adam offers technical expertise in relation to all areas of employment law. He also provides advice and assistance in collective bargaining and other industrial disputes.
