Bryce has extensive experience in all areas of commercial property. He acts for corporations, government, developers and national landlords and tenants across all facets of major transactions. Known for his commercial acumen and timely advice, he leads the Property team in delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
Bryce specialises in acquisitions and disposals of large portfolios of mixed commercial property, major property projects, retail, commercial and development leasing, subdivision, strata titling and due diligence investigations.
He acts for high net worth private property investors and developers, including the developer of the largest flat land subdivision on the Gold Coast, and as lead property advisor for national landlords and tenants. He also advises government on property law and conveyancing matters, and multi-million dollar property and major project initiatives.
Bryce sits on the Property Council of Australia Committee for the Gold Coast and is a member of the Bond Law Advisory Board. He is also actively engaged in developing the next generation of lawyers through his pro bono and voluntary work with Bond University’s law faculty. He regularly presents on property related topics to both industry and the profession.
