Hannah Harrison

Hannah has worked on a broad cross-section of corporate and commercial matters, acting for both private and public sector clients. Her experience encompasses project-managing transactional work, overseeing brand and trademark portfolios, and advising clients on complex corporate governance matters. 

Hannah leverages her exposure to the arena of private equity and venture capital, having supported high-growth companies, founders and institutional investors navigating the investment landscape in local and international markets in the technology and innovation sectors. Specifically, Hannah has facilitated companies throughout their full lifecycle; ranging from structuring to scaling and exiting, crafting fit-for-purpose governance frameworks, and adopting a strategic approach to capital raising. 

Hannah has also attained a Certificate in Data Privacy and Technology from Harvard University, developing her expertise in privacy and the cross-jurisdictional application of the law in a digital context.
