Jayde is a graduate at law, with years of experience working with franchisors across various spaces, including real estate and health & fitness.
Jayde assists clients across a variety of business models and industries to ensure their franchising documentation and processes are compliant with the Franchising Code of Conduct. She has experience preparing documentation for up-and-coming franchisors, updating documents for existing brands, and assisting international brands to meet Australian franchising standards. She also has experience assisting with international and domestic franchising agreement negotiations.
When she is not ensuring documentation and processes are Code-compliant, Jayde is often reviewing and updating brand policies and procedures, and preparing PPSA-compliant security registrations.Jayde has completed a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Economics with the University of Queensland and is currently completing her admission requirements.
