Jon-Paul represents private, public and government clients in commercial and property disputes, competition and consumer claims, breach of contract and negligence claims, shareholder disputes, regulatory prosecutions, personal and corporate insolvency, general litigation, and alternate dispute resolution.
Jon-Paul has extensive experience appearing as solicitor advocate and instructing counsel in various Federal and State courts and tribunals where clients value his practical, outcomes-oriented and calm approach. Prior to joining our team, Jon-Paul was Senior Lawyer in the inhouse legal team at the Council of the City of Gold Coast, and before that had serviced the Council and commercial clients externally for 17 years in private practice.
