Karen Dobozy

Karen has more than 25 years of experience, gained across a wide range of legal areas. For clients with business-related legal needs, she is skilled in advising on both corporate and commercial matters, but is also actively involved in advising clients on their personal affairs, dealing with succession planning matters as well as estate administration needs.

A significant strength of Karen’s practice is her extensive corporate and commercial background. She has a particular expertise in dealing with business or transaction related structuring issues, from establishing entities to implementing restructures and advising on State-based taxes through to considering the impact of related entity structures on succession planning matters.  Karen also has broad experience in advising organisations on corporate governance and Corporations Law issues, with her range of clients extending from small to medium sized enterprises, through to larger corporates and not for profit organisations.

Karen’s in-depth understanding of the issues that affect businesses and individuals allows her to provide her clients with invaluable and proactive advice and solutions to their legal issues, with a focus on protecting their legal rights and risk management.
