Lee has worked in the legal profession for almost 30 years as a lawyer, Managing Partner and in Executive roles. Leading organisational performance with a strategic focus is key to Lee’s management approach.
Lee joined RedeMont in 2023 as COO, bringing her extensive experience in law firm management and collaborative work style to effectively support the leadership team and wider firm to achieve its operational and performance goals.
Having been admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in the High Court of New Zealand in 1996 Lee practiced until 2018 before moving into law firm CEO/COO roles. During her practice years Lee held the role of Managing Partner for 12 years while also practicing.
Lee holds an LLB, LLM (Distinction) and retrained in 2020 attaining a PGDipBus (Distinction) which ultimately led to her move to the Gold Coast to join our team.
