Matthew (Matt) is a Lawyer who works across a variety of corporate and commercial files, focusing on transactional matters and major construction projects.
Matt has experience assisting on multiple transactional matters, including acting for clients in share sales and asset sales. He has been involved in all stages of these matters, from initial due diligence to negotiation of transaction documents and completion. Matt is particularly adept at project management in complex transactions and coordinates workstreams and stakeholders to ensure processes are streamlined in these time-sensitive environments.
Matt’s expertise also straddles construction and infrastructure projects, where he has gained experience in drafting and reviewing various construction contracts (including Australian Standards) and other ancillary project documentation. Matt also assists clients in navigating contract departure negotiations, through advising on proposed departures, formulating counterproposals and finalising terms to facilitate successful contract execution.
