Meaghan has significant experience in property law in Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia. She focuses on residential sales and acquisitions, residential developments and plan sealing matters for Logan City Council.
Meaghan has a depth of experience in residential and commercial sales and purchases, off the plan sales and purchases, and conveyancing sales actioning matters from receipt of signed contracts through to settlement. Her experience includes refinancing matters, retirement village leasing, drafting and arranging execution of land transfers, all forms of easements, and standard-term covenants. She manages stamping documents with the Queensland Revenue Office; and prepares and registers various title documents with Titles Queensland.
