Oscar is a Law Clerk within the Commerce, Franchise and Brands team, assisting in the franchising compliance process. Oscar primarily works with clients in the Real Estate, Construction and Health and Fitness Industries and has experience reviewing and drafting various franchising and shareholder agreements.
Oscar has been involved in resolving franchising disputes and ensuring compliance with the Franchising Code of Conduct. Oscar enjoys the diversity of work and involvement in the commercial sector and assists the team with research and analysis of various legislative changes. Oscar also has experience working in real estate and hospitality industries.
Oscar will graduate in mid-2026 from Bond University with a Bachelor of Law / Commerce.
