Rebecca is an experienced property lawyer, practised in top-tier and regional areas of Australia and the UK. Serving private investors and developers Rebecca manages major Gold Coast subdivisions and is adept in large-scale project management, body corporate advice and community titling.
Rebecca supervises the day-to-day retail leasing matters for a large shopping centre, and works with clients in preparing, assigning and varying leases, and other subletting / licensing arrangements.
We are the sole provider of plan sealing services for Logan City Council. Rebecca supervises these matters and acts on a variety of other property related matters for local governments.
