Sharlamina (Mina) is a senior Legal Assistant in the Corporate and Private Team, supporting senior practitioners and Consultant, Steve Latham. Her high-level legal secretarial and administrational support plays a critical role in the team’s success.
Sharlamina has worked in law firms across New Zealand and Australia for over 20 years honing her skills and experience to keep up with the ever-changing legal scene. She assists the team with a variety of matters, including initial drafting of legal documents, Quality Assurance and finalising agreed documents for execution. She also manages clients’ company secretarial requirements, supports the team’s business development initiatives and manages financial aspects.
Sharlamina has formed longstanding relationships with clients and colleagues which is a reflection of her committed work ethic, flexibility and positive approach.
