Tayla Kamura

Tayla practices across all areas of wills and estates, including estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation. Known for her compassionate and detail-orientated approach, Tayla works closely with clients to understand their unique family dynamics, financial circumstances and goals.

Tayla enjoys working collaboratively with clients and their financial advisors to develop comprehensive estate plans, including those incorporating testamentary discretionary trusts, to ensure clients’ wishes are carried out. She also regularly assists administrators and executors throughout the estate administration process, from obtaining grants of representation to final distribution.

Tayla also represents clients in various proceedings before the Supreme Courts of New South Wales and Queensland, as well as the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal. Her litigation experience includes acting for clients in contested probate proceedings, family provision claims and claims against personal representatives, trustees and attorneys for breach of duty, along with applications for judicial advice and directions.
