Tiana is a graduate in RedeMont’s dispute resolution team, working across commercial disputes, litigation and external review matters in multiple Australian jurisdictions.
She has acted for a range of clients, including corporate clients, government entities, franchisors, lessors, lessees, defendants and third parties across court and tribunal proceedings. Her work has included contractual recovery claims, shareholder and restraint disputes, preliminary discovery applications, external review proceedings, and franchising and leasing disputes. She has also supported matters requiring coordination across litigation, property and commercial issues, including settlement negotiations and post-settlement implementation.
Tiana drafts court and tribunal documents, prepares affidavits and briefs to counsel, conducts legal research and manages correspondence to support the strategic progression of disputes. She is also experienced in large-scale e-discovery and document review, including preparing chronologies and analysing evidence to identify key issues and support negotiation strategy.
In 2025, Tiana represented Griffith University as a procedural oralist in the Willem C Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, preparing and presenting submissions on procedural issues including conditions precedent, arbitral tribunal jurisdiction and the admissibility of evidence. She remains involved with Griffith University’s mooting program as a guest arbitrator and mentor and has a strong interest in international commercial law and sports arbitration.
Tiana holds a Bachelor of Laws (Class I Honours) and a Bachelor of Business (Finance) from Griffith University and has recently completed her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. She intends to seek admission as a solicitor in November 2026.
