Tina is a passionate HR professional with 20+ years’ experience working across the legal, professional services, and banking and finance sectors. Tina works within our leadership team to look after our most important asset – our people – ensuring that they have the right skills to achieve their goals and help our clients to solve their legal problems.
A true HR generalist with a commercial focus, Tina’s experience includes a range of strategic and operational HR activities. She enjoys building strong relationships with people and partnering with them to develop solutions that work for the business and the employee.
Tina loves watching our people grow in their careers – especially seeing young people join as interns whilst at university and grow into capable and confident lawyers.
Having grown up in London, Tina moved to Australia in 2002; she spent 14 years working in Sydney before moving to the Gold Coast in 2017 with her young family.
