We are proud to share the news that as of 1 July 2025, Bryce Melville is RedeMont’s new Managing Partner.
Ken Petty, the firm’s former Managing Partner, says he is excited to welcome Bryce to the role after Bryce’s 13 years with the firm as a Partner leading our Property team.

Ken will continue to lead RedeMont’s Corporate Advisory and Governance, Workplace Relations, Insurance and Risk, and Deals and Capital Investment teams following the handover.
Bryce Melville is a Property law expert with 25+ years’ experience. He joined the firm in 2012 to lead our Property group following senior roles in top-tier firms in both Australia and the UK.
Bryce has been an integral part of the firm’s leadership team for the past 13 years in addition to roles with the Property Council of Australia Committee (Gold Coast) and as a member of the Bond Law Advisory Board.
