Taylor is an Associate in our Planning and Environment team. She specialises in environmental, planning, and regulatory law, with experience across both boutique and top-tier firm environments acting for developers, corporates, and local government.
She is also admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand where, prior to relocating to Australia, she advised on complex legal and regulatory matters for Auckland Council and other district and regional councils. Taylor is experienced in appearing as a council prosecutor on environmental and regulatory prosecutions.
Taylor enjoys the combination of technical legal analysis, strategic thinking, and advocacy in this area of law.
